1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TradeRecruit OS (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TradeRecruit OS is a SaaS platform for skilled trades recruitment and staffing firms. The Service provides candidate management, job order tracking, placement management, invoicing, compliance tracking, email outreach, and AI-assisted drafting tools.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and have authority to bind your organization. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload, store, or transmit malware or malicious code
  • Attempt to access data belonging to other organizations
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Attempt to overwhelm, disable, or disrupt the Service
  • Use AI features to generate deceptive or fraudulent content
  • Store data that you do not have lawful authority to process
  • Bypass authentication, rate limiting, or access controls

5. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of all data you input, including candidate personal information. You represent that you have obtained necessary consent from candidates and employees before storing their personal data. TradeRecruit OS is a data processor; you are the data controller.

6. AI Features

AI features are optional and disabled by default. When enabled, all AI-generated outputs require human review before use. TradeRecruit OS is not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated content that was not properly reviewed. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of all AI outputs.

7. Payments

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Card information never touches our servers. You are responsible for all charges incurred through the Service. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact david@wilwrx.com.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of TradeRecruit OS. You retain ownership of all data you input. We retain a license to process your data solely for operating the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. TradeRecruit OS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, except for audit logs and payment records (retained per legal requirements).

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
