DMCA Policy

TradeRecruit OS respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy explains how to report copyright infringement.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe content on TradeRecruit OS infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent:

Subject: DMCA Takedown Notice
Your notice must include:
- Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Service
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act
Response Timeline
We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and process valid notices within 10 business days. Infringing content will be removed or disabled promptly upon verification.
Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material
- A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake
- Your consent to local jurisdiction
Counter-notices should be sent to the same email address above.
Repeat Infringers
We will terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
