Accessibility Statement

Last updated: September 11, 2026

TradeRecruit OS is committed to making our platform accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our engineering target.

What We're Doing

  • Designing for keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators
  • Using semantic HTML landmarks, headings, and labels
  • Ensuring text contrast meets WCAG AA ratios
  • Supporting screen readers and assistive technologies
  • Providing text alternatives for non-text content
  • Testing with automated tools (axe, Lighthouse) and manual review
  • Designing responsive layouts that work at 320px width and 200%+ zoom

Known Limitations

We are continuously improving accessibility. Some areas of the authenticated application may have limitations, including:

  • Complex data tables and drag-and-drop pipeline interactions
  • Rich text editors and document preview components
  • Third-party embeds (Stripe checkout, maps) that may have their own accessibility constraints

We are actively working to address these limitations and welcome your feedback.

Reporting an Accessibility Issue

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please contact us at david@wilwrx.com with the following information:

  • The page URL where you encountered the issue
  • A description of the barrier
  • The assistive technology you were using (if any)
  • Your contact information (so we can follow up)

Accommodation Requests

If you need an accommodation to use our platform or participate in a hiring process managed through TradeRecruit OS, please contact us at david@wilwrx.com. We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations as required by applicable law.

Technical Standards

Our accessibility conformance target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA, as defined by the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2. We also reference guidance from the Department of Justice on web accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
